'articles' was a product of two bands essentially. Jack used to bring a more 'hardcore' influence to the music, and thats what we were originally about. However we wanted to branch out of the hardcore/heavy bracket, and the later half of the record starts to show that. Unfortunatly these were the first songs we wrote with Sam as our new drummer, so we really didnt have much time to perfect what we were going for. Sometimes you write amazing music off the bat, other times it takes longer. But i do feel that given more time, we will really develop with our future writing.
I made a video promoting the album. The footage is cut together with film taken from the last tour we did with Blakfish and Gay For Johnny Depp.
