Swindon Furnace

So we once decided about two and a half years a go that it would be a good idea to pile into a car and head to Swindon to watch Young Guns play the furnace. Truth be told the show itself was not the busiest I have ever seen, and it’s quite an accommodating venue. A few years later, and once again a que is forming outside.
To me this venue feels like a nineties MTV in session studio or something with the balcony. The show was rad and the people were great. Young Guns bloody smashed the living shot out of it. Highlight was Jon climbing a speaker stack for a big drop, and leaving his pedal on its tuner. He then proceeded to lap the venue, and do many guitar swings. Awesome…
